Enjoy a run around historic downtown Snow Hill, Maryland with a new group of running friends. 

This intesnse workout will get your heart racing and abs burning. Participants will use dumbbells, stability balls and other cardio equipment. You will begin to see a new core develop!

PiYo is a low impact, fat burning class that requires NO jumping or high impact cardio and is great for every age, fitness level and body type. 

Total Body Bars are versatile pieces of exercise equipment that give you a total body workout while delivering more stabilitiy with dumbbells. 

This total body, high intensity style program utilizes free weights, resistance and body weight exercises to help you attain and maintain your physique. No boredom here, for all levels!
