With many different levels of fitness classes available at the Worcester County Recreation Center in Snow Hill, choosing a fitness program that meets your level of experience is effortless.  Those seeking opportunities to exercise apart from an organized class are invited to walk or jog on the indoor track or create a personalized fitness routine at the Recreation Center.  This service is free to all citizens, so come on out and exercise your way to a healthy lifestyle.

NEW! Circuit Conditioning Class is a fun way to do a full body training program at your own pace in a group setting!  In this training session, participants will rotate into 10 - 12 stations, each with their own exercise.  Veteran exercisers and fitness newbies alike will see results with this class!
