Join Worcester County Recreation and Parks (WCRP) for a Fishing Derby at Newtown Park pond on Saturday, May 28, 2022, from 9:30 - 11:30 a.m. Participants ages 15 and under are invited to grab their bait and fishing rods and join WCRP for a morning of fun at the pond.

This event is free to all participants. Families are asked to pre-register online at www.playmarylandscoast.org. After the event, winners will receive trophies and awards. Lunch will be provided at 11:30 a.m.

A parent or guardian should be present to help their children with a fun day of fishing.
