Body Shape Class is a fun way to do a full body training program at your own pace in a group setting! In this training session, participants will rotate into 10 - 12 stations, each with their own exercise. Veteran exercisers and fitness newbies alike will see results with this class!

A full hour of fun, Enhance Fitness focuses on dynamic cardiovascular exercise, strength training, balance, and flexibility; everything older adults need to maintain health and function as they age.
