Worcester County Recreation & Parks (WCRP) is excited to announce a brand new Pre-Season Volleyball Training available to High School students this year.
Hosted at the Worcester County Recreation Center, just off Highway 113 in Snow Hill, this training will take place on Friday, July 21, 2017 from 8:00am – 12:00pm. This training is open to all High School students, including incoming 9th graders. Seniors who graduated in 2017 will not be eligible for participation.
Our goal in this one day program is to give players a chance to scrimmage and fine tune skills before their high school season begins. Players will work on all volleyball skills such as passing, digging, serving, hitting, blocking, setting, and different volleyball match scenarios. Come prepared to work hard and get serious about your high school volleyball season!
Players of all skill levels are welcome and encouraged to participate. Registration cost is $20 per player, and payments must be received prior to participation. Checks should be made payable to Worcester County. Players will need their own knee pads and sports attire, all other equipment will be provided!
