Youth After School Programs at Worcester County Recreation and Parks

Worcester County Recreation & Parks (WCRP) will once again be hosting After School Programs this winter for your children to enjoy after the school day has ended. These programs will take place at Worcester County Recreation Center, just off Highway 113 in Snow Hill. Transportation is available for students attending from Snow Hill Middle & Elementary Schools.

After School Track will take place on Tuesdays, January 9 – February 27, 2018 from 3:30-5:00 p.m. This program is open to grades third through eighth. Track is a great option for children interested in the fundamentals of running, and introduction to different track meet events. After School Volleyball is a brand new program open to middle school students grades fourth through sixth. This program was created to provide an arena for young players to learn and practice skills needed to play the game of volleyball. Beginners are welcomed, and knee pads are required. The program will meet on Mondays, January 8 through March 12, 2018 from 3:30-5:00 p.m. The registration deadline is Wednesday, January 3, 2018. For more information, contact Trudy Porch at 410-632-2144 ex 2520 or

The cost for each participant is $30 per child, and $25 for each additional child. A $5 late fee is applied to all registrations after the registration deadlines.
