The Worcester County Recreation and Parks (WCRP) is excited to announce that they have teamed up with Eastern Shore Pickleball to host a Pickleball Holiday Fun Challenge to all whom are interested, ages 16 and older.
The event will be held on Saturday, December 16th, 2017 at the Worcester County Recreation Center, just off Highway 113 in Snow Hill from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. with check ins at 9:30 a.m. The entrance fee is $10, and includes a meal ticket good for lunch from the concession stand. Checks can be made payable to Eastern Shore Pickleball. You may pre-register up until December 11th, by visiting WCRP’s website at www.WorcesterRecandParks.org
All games will be held on six indoor courts, participants will be divided into two different play levels, and will play in a round robin format. This event is in support of the Recreation Center’s Toy for Tots Drive. If participants bring a new, unwrapped toy, they will receive 2 wins added to the total games for the day. If participants come dressed for the holidays they will receive 1 win added to the total games for the day. There will be no more than 3 wins added per person.
